Wellness
At The Well, wellness extends beyond the training floor.
Our wellness spaces are designed to help members slow down, connect, learn, and care for themselves in ways that support long-term health and a balanced lifestyle.
Whether you’re enjoying a cup of coffee after a workout in the lounge, warming up your meal prep in the kitchen or meeting with a wellness professional, these spaces are designed to make The Well feel less like a commercial gym and more like a home.
The Well Lounge
A comfortable place to gather before or after your workout, purchase and enjoy your meal prep, or simply spend time in community.
The lounge can also be utilized by members at a discounted rate to host:
- Bible studies
- Mahjong groups
- Wellness workshops

- Community gatherings
Wellness Kitchen
Designed to bring healthy living beyond the gym floor.
Members can:
- Purchase and warm up their own meal-prepped meals
- Enjoy coffee and conversation
- Attend wellness + nutrition workshops
- Rent the space for events
The kitchen is intended to create the warmth and hospitality of a ranch home and become a functional amminety.
Wellness Studio
As The Well grows, the wellness studio will provide space for trusted local professionals to serve our members.
Potential services include:
- IV Hydration
- Massage Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Guest Wellness Workshops
By partnering with experienced local providers, members will have access to additional wellness services without leaving The Well.
The Vision
Wellness isn't something that happens in one hour at the gym.
It’s built through movement, recovery, nutrition, education, relationships, and intentional rest.
My hope is that The Well becomes a place where those pieces come together. A place where people invest in themselves so they can return home healthier, more present, and better equipped to care for the people they love.
